After you have a site purchased, plans drawn, and a contract signed with NTX generally the construction process will take anywhere from 7 - 9 months to complete.
While each home changes with the customers desired finish out, our homes can range between $140 - $170 per square foot (under roof). Under roof includes living spaces, garages, and all outdoor patio/porch areas. It’s important to note that this pricing can very with the size, location, finish out, and request from each homeowner.
