This project represents a complete property transformation in our hometown of Caddo Mills—making it a particularly meaningful build for our team. The scope began with the full demolition of an existing residence, followed by extensive site clearing, tree removal, and mass grading to reshape and elevate the property. From there, we partnered with the client through the design and planning phase, helping shape the layout, functionality, and overall vision of the home before executing a ground-up build of the custom residence and accompanying shop. Lone Oak Ranch Barndo
This project began as raw land and was developed into a fully realized homestead—bringing together functionality, design, and lifestyle in a high-end barndominium build. From initial site work, our team handled the full land development, transforming the property into a build-ready homesite before executing the construction of a custom barndominium designed to blend durability with elevated design. The home features a bold, modern aesthetic with all-black metal siding, paired with full glass garage doors and matching iron doors throughout, creating a clean and cohesive architectural style. Inside and out, the focus was on combining the simplicity of a barndominium with refined, intentional finishes. The outdoor living component was a major focal point of the project—anchored by a show-stopping pool design and expansive outdoor living space, creating a true retreat environment for the homeowner. This project was a full rebuild following a total loss due to a house fire, located in the heart of downtown McKinney. We began by working alongside the homeowner during the insurance claim process, helping navigate scope, costs, and reconstruction planning. From there, our team handled the complete demolition of the existing structure and transitioned into a full redesign of the home. Working within the constraints of the existing foundation, we helped reimagine the property—transforming it from an original 1,600 SF single-story home into a 2,700 SF two-story residence, significantly increasing both functionality and long-term value. Throughout the process, we worked closely with City of McKinney officials to ensure all rebuild requirements, codes, and approvals were properly executed—particularly important given the location within an established downtown area.
